Serengeti Golf & Wildlife Estate, GP

Primary Residence - Residential Interior Design

Project Overview

Located within Serengeti Golf & Wildlife Estate, this primary residence was designed to reflect understated contemporary luxury. Clean architectural lines were softened through layered textures and curated detailing, resulting in a home that feels refined, cohesive and effortlessly livable.

The Brief

The clients envisioned a contemporary home that balanced elegance with comfort. The design needed to complement the modern architecture, maximise natural light, and create warm, curated spaces suited to both everyday family living and refined entertaining.

Our Approach

Our approach focused on creating a calm, layered interior that balanced everyday practicality with an interior grounded in tonal layering and architectural clarity.

A neutral foundation was enhanced with texture, curated furnishings, and subtle material contrasts to introduce warmth and depth. Spatial planning prioritised seamless flow between interior and outdoor living areas, while considered lighting highlighted key architectural features and created softness in the evenings.

The result is a home that feels intentional, balanced, and quietly luxurious.
